Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
- The room rates are on per room per night basis.
- The above mentioned rates are only valid, if booked through Congress
- Room booking is possible against 100% advance.
- The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills or any other services not mentioned above.
- Room check-in (13:00 hrs) / check-out time (10:00 hrs) is as per hotel policy. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
- The hotel room rates are valid from 27th to 30th September 2026 only, during the WCN 2026. Rooms for pre or post Congress dates will be confirmed as per availability.
- Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking with the Congress organizers
