Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
- The room rates are on per room per night basis.
- The above mentioned rates are only valid, if booked through conference
- Taxes @ 5% would be applicable on total billing. This is as on April 2026, in case of any changes in tax structure by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Delegate/Guest.
- Room booking is possible against 100% advance.
- The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills or any other services not mentioned above.
- Room check-in (13:00 hrs) / check-out time (10:00 hrs) is as per hotel policy. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
- The hotel room rates are valid from 27th to 30th September 2026 only, during the WCN 2026. Rooms for pre or post conference dates will be confirmed as per availability.
- Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking with the conference organizers
Cancellation policy for Accommodation
- 90 days prior to arrival- No Charges
- 89 to 60 days prior to arrival- 25% of accommodation charges
- 59 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of accommodation charges
- Within 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of Total accommodation charges
